Ancient Natural African Medicine (Tamarind Cures Diabetes and Helps to Loss Weight)

The reddish brown, curved seed pods of a lovely tropical tree hold several large seeds encased by moist, sticky, dark brown flesh that varies from being very sweet to very sour. The latter is used as one of the primary souring agents in Thai cooking, imparting a delicious fruity tartness to soups, salads, stir-fries and sauces but most importantly it is found in ancient African medicine as a natural cure to Diabetes. Tamarind is also good for losing weight.

This fruit can be generally found in most spanish or middle eastern stores in the United States. To make Tamarind juice you have to remove the shell to get to the pulp, the easiest way is to  put them in water after removing the shell for at least 20 minutes for the sticky pulp to dissolve in the water or it can also be putted in hot water for the pulp to dissolve faster.
